1. Download the latest mIRC client and then install it, of course.
2. A dialog box will come up, input these settings.
Real Name: Your REAL name.
Email Address: Your VALID email address - note: this is necessary.
Nickname: Your desired nickname on the chat. PLEASE use your Neoseeker username.
Alt Nick: Leave this blank.
3. Hit the icon next to "connect to server." Click "add." Fill in the information as follows.
Description: Neoseeker
Server: irc.pwnsu.com
Port: 6667 (it should already be set to that)
4. Hit the icon again, and then hit "connect to server." After a brief wait, you will be connected to the server.
5. Type /join #RuneScape - you'll now be in the chatroom with us! Enjoy the chatting.
